There are eight (8) locations of the Designated-Driver Program at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Fans who pledge to be designated drivers receive a complimentary soft drink or O'Doul's non-alcoholic brew and a chance to be selected as the Designated Driver for the Game.

Partners in the Broncos Designated Driver program include Centerplate, Bud Light, Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol and TEAM Coalition.

Designated Drivers for the Game are recognized on the stadium video board and receive a $100 gift card for the Broncos team store. At the end of the regular season, one winner - the Designated Driver for the Season - will be selected and receive a $1,000 gift certificate to the Broncos team store as well as respresent the Broncos in the Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes with a chance to go to the 2012 Pro Bowl or Super Bowl XLVI.
