The New England Patriots shut down the Miami Dolphins wildcat offense with a 27-17 win this past weekend at Gillette Stadium. The Designated Driver program had great success as well with 1,766 fans making the pledge to never drink and drive, never provide alcohol to minors, and always wear a seat belt. With their victory over the Dolphins, the Patriots have now regained control of the AFC East and are one step closer to the playoffs. The Patriots travel to Indianapolis next weekend to take on Peyton Manning and the Colts - then return home on November 22nd vs. the New York Jets! Remember to sign up to be a HERO at any of our designated-driver locations:
At the end of the season, one fan, the Patriots Designated Driver for the Season, will be the Honorary Team Captain and join the Patriots captains for the coin toss on the 50-yard-line to start the final home game of the season on December 27, 2009. The Patriots Designated Driver for the Season will also receive an autographed Patriots helmet and have a chance to follow the Patriots to Super Bowl XLIV at Dolphin Stadium in Miami, Florida on February 7, 2010. At Gillette Stadium this season, there is no doubt that Responsibility Has Its Rewards.
